Chinese: The Internet Language?

The English language is still king on the Internet. But the Chinese language is on the rise. As you can see in the below infograhic by The Next Web, China has gained an additional 36 Internet users last year, leaving the Chinese language on course to become the dominant language on the Internet in a matter of just 5 years.

China now has a super economy and is on course to become a huge force in the Internet world. It does have a huge population advantage over the U.S., so this trend won’t be reversed anytime soon.
